Welcome to Resolve Model United Nations 2026 (“Resolve MUN”, “Conference”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering for, accessing, participating in, attending, or engaging with Resolve MUN 2026 in any capacity, you (“participant”, “delegate”, “attendee”, “school”, “faculty advisor”, “parent/guardian”, or “visitor”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not register for or participate in Resolve MUN 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a registration form, making payment, attending the conference, participating in workshops, accessing conference materials, joining official communication groups, or engaging with Resolve MUN in any manner, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
For participants under 18 years of age, registration constitutes confirmation that a parent, guardian, school authority, or responsible adult has reviewed and approved participation.
2. Registration Policy
Registration for Resolve MUN 2026 is confirmed only upon successful submission of all required information and payment of applicable fees.
- Approve or reject registrations.
- Limit delegation sizes.
- Close registrations without prior notice.
- Modify committee allocations.
- Request additional verification where necessary.
Delegate allocations are subject to committee capacity, experience level, country availability, and administrative discretion. Resolve MUN does not guarantee allocation of preferred committees, portfolios, or country assignments. All information submitted during registration must be accurate and truthful. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate cancellation of participation without refund.
3. Payment Policy
All registration fees are payable in full through officially approved payment methods only.
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the Secretariat in writing. No refunds shall be issued under circumstances including but not limited to participant withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, examination clashes, transport or travel issues, illness, failure to attend, dissatisfaction with committee allocation, disqualification, removal for misconduct, personal emergencies, or failure to obtain parental/school approval.
In the event of postponement, rescheduling, modification of dates, venue changes, operational restructuring, hybrid/online transition, committee restructuring, or administrative adjustments, all registrations shall remain valid for the revised conference format or schedule. Resolve MUN shall not be obligated to provide refunds, compensation, reimbursement, or damages arising from changes required due to logistical, institutional, governmental, weather-related, safety-related, technical, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Event Modifications & Organisational Rights
Resolve MUN reserves the absolute right to modify conference schedules, alter committee structures, change agendas, replace Executive Board members, reassign delegates, alter venues, revise conference policies, change event formats, or cancel specific activities where necessary.
Such modifications may occur without prior notice where operationally required. Resolve MUN shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, losses, expenses, or claims arising from such modifications.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and diplomatic conduct throughout the conference.
- Follow committee procedure.
- Respect conference staff and venue authorities.
- Comply with all instructions issued by the Secretariat.
- Maintain decorum during sessions.
- Behave responsibly in both physical and online spaces associated with the conference.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, hate speech, threats, abusive conduct, disruptive behavior, vandalism, academic dishonesty, impersonation, inappropriate online conduct, or any behavior deemed harmful to the conference environment. Resolve MUN reserves the right to suspend, remove, disqualify, or permanently ban any participant for misconduct without refund or compensation.
6. Right of Admission
Entry to Resolve MUN 2026 is subject to approval by the Secretariat and venue authorities. Resolve MUN reserves the unrestricted right to deny admission, revoke participation, or remove any individual from the conference premises or official platforms at its discretion.
Reasons for denial or removal may include misconduct, violation of conference rules, safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, misrepresentation, disruption of conference proceedings, or failure to comply with organizer instructions. Decisions regarding admission and participation are final and non-negotiable.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Participants attend and participate in Resolve MUN 2026 at their own responsibility. Resolve MUN, its Secretariat, organizers, volunteers, venue partners, collaborators, sponsors, and affiliated institutions shall not be held liable for injury, illness, theft, loss of belongings, transport delays, property damage, technical failures, internet disruptions, third-party service failures, emotional distress, financial losses, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding their belongings and personal property.
8. Photography, Media & Publicity Consent
By participating in Resolve MUN 2026, all participants consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, or featured in official conference media. Resolve MUN reserves the unrestricted right to use photographs, videos, recordings, names, school affiliations, statements, and conference-related content for promotional purposes, social media, publications, archival documentation, press releases, websites, marketing campaigns, and future conference materials.
No compensation, royalty, or additional consent shall be required for such usage.
9. Certificates, Awards & Recognition
Certificates and awards are issued solely at the discretion of the Secretariat and Executive Board. Resolve MUN reserves the right to withhold certificates, awards, or recognitions in cases involving misconduct, absenteeism, procedural violations, plagiarism, or disciplinary action. Decisions regarding awards, rankings, recognitions, and committee evaluations are final and non-appealable.
10. Transport, Food & Accommodation
Optional transport facilities, where provided, are subject to operational feasibility and availability. Resolve MUN shall not be held responsible for transport delays, traffic disruptions, third-party vehicle issues, missed pickups, or travel-related inconveniences.
Food preferences and dietary accommodations may be attempted but are not guaranteed. Accommodation is not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Digital Platform Policy
Participants engaging through online or hybrid platforms must maintain professional conduct in all digital spaces associated with Resolve MUN. Resolve MUN reserves the right to remove participants from official groups, meetings, or digital platforms for inappropriate conduct or misuse.
Unauthorized recording, redistribution of conference materials, impersonation, or misuse of official branding is prohibited.
12. Intellectual Property
All conference branding, logos, documents, graphics, committee materials, designs, and official content remain the intellectual property of Resolve MUN unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, commercial usage, or modification of official materials without written permission is prohibited.
13. Force Majeure
Resolve MUN shall not be held responsible for cancellation, delay, postponement, interruption, or modification caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, institutional directives, political disturbances, civil unrest, infrastructure failures, technical outages, emergencies, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
Under such circumstances, registrations shall remain subject to conference policy and may be transferred to revised schedules or formats where applicable.
14. Privacy & Data Usage
By registering, participants consent to the collection and processing of submitted information for conference administration, communication, logistics, and promotional purposes. Resolve MUN shall take reasonable measures to protect participant information but does not guarantee absolute security of digital systems or communication platforms.
15. Final Authority
The Secretariat of Resolve MUN 2026 retains final authority over all conference-related matters. All interpretations of conference policy, committee procedure, disciplinary matters, eligibility, awards, scheduling, and operational decisions made by the Secretariat shall be considered final and binding.
